In some countries it’s required to club some tax codes under a common head and apply all of them together. In such cases, you will have to create Tax Group and define all the applicable tax codes which will fulfil this regulatory requirement.
Netsuite provides basic segments such as Classes, Location, Department and Subsidiaries. The custom segment feature in NetSuite that allows you to create unlimited Custom Segments to draw reports easily. You to create a number of classifications such as Classes, Location and Department without any limitations.

Some companies provide services/goods to customers but they can’t send the bill/invoice to customer after item fulfillment/service provided time. They will generate a statement at the month end. At the time of statement generation total provided items/services cost is list down in ‘Generate Statement’ page. After statement/bill generation send it to customer through email/fax.
