Dashboard Layouts :  You will see a drop-down list appear with the various layout options that can be applied to the dashboard in below image, which determines how the various portlets can be displayed on the your dashboard.

• It is the amount of work that has started on an item, but has not been delivered to a customer (or) received payment for the item.
• In a manufacturing setting, items that have been received at the factory, but have not been delivered to the customer.
• The manufacturing work in process feature tracks the Work orders through the entire production process in steps, gathering materials through assembly and stocking finished goods.

Case management deals with the issues/concerns raised by the customers on any specific item or services provided by the respective company. Customers can raise the cases from Online Case Form, Case Capture and Customer Centers or NetSuite support reps can enter the cases in NetSuite on behalf of the customer. Cases created in NetSuite will be assigned to the support reps based on the case rules setup. Communication for each support case can be tracked under the respective case record.

Measurement is a process that uses numbers to describe a physical quantity based on what we can observe. This is done to be able to compare them to each other. We can measure how big things are, how warm they are, how heavy they are, and lots of other features as well.

Mass Update: Updating price levels in each item record is taking more time. So we have an option is called  ‘Mass Update’. We can  update upto 10,000 item records in a single mass update. We can do mass updates for both ‘Item Prices’ & ‘Purchase Prices’.
