Project Management feature enables you to create workspace for your project, Manage tasks , create Milestones.
Project workspace helps in tracking from planning stage to final work on tasks and billings of that project to customers.
You can assign Standard Consultant Role for employees to access the projects,Tasks, enter timesheets and expenses.

When the inventory count is submitted, your store's inventory records are updated and including cost figures. After an inventory count is created, click Start Count on the record to begin the process. So that they can be individually tracked as part of the counting process. That allow for real-time updating of the inventory count. The Inventory subtab shows count data, including the last count date and next count date. 

Nexus is a legal term that refers to the requirement for companies doing business in any country to collect and pay tax on sales in that country. Nexus is used to determine different sales and purchase taxes for a subsidiary. Each country has its own rules for determining nexus. Nexuses are part of the NetSuite Advanced Taxes feature, which is required for NetSuite OneWorld. Each subsidiary must be associated with at least one nexus.

Customer return authorization is one of the key step in customer sales process. This transaction is created in NetSuite, when the customer returns the purchased goods and also provides the track of returned goods details i.e. what items are returned and how much quantity and if required you can track reason for return. Customer Return Authorization is a non posting transaction and which is the source of credit memo or refund to the customer.

In Netsuite case profiles are used to manage the cases. Case profiles are assigned with  templates for support communication and communication details through which Emails will be sent to customers & support reps.
