Sometimes we may come across Duplicate Ids in NetSuite, in order to search for them the below steps are helpful:
Why Transaction Date in UI is different from System Notes Date, here we go
The transaction dates found in the UI (e.g. date, exp closed date for estimates) are based on the original local date of the user which is the PC date. The system notes date reflect the time zone set under Home > Set Preferences. Since the transaction dates in the UI truncates the time and only has the date, it will be shown as the same date, for all users, regardless of their time zone.
If we check Include in Search Menu check box in custom record then that custom record comes as new search type in the list of new saved searches

The below process helps to make voided transactions to Un-voided.
Solution:
1. Edit the Sales Order.
2. Enter a Quantity for the Items on the Sales Order. (In voided sales order quantity will become zero)
Since the Rate was not erased when the Sales Order was voided, it will automatically compute the Amount based on the Quantity entered.
3. Remove “VOID” message on Memo field.
4. Save the Sales Order.
Once you save the Sales Order the status will go back to Pending Fulfillment.
