Logo selected on the form is used for PDF printouts, if the field is blank then while printing the default company logo is printed on PDF.
If Selected : The logo which is selected at form level is different from the company information (logo), but at the printed PDF takes logo form level.
If logo is blank then logo applied under company description is printed for all PDF’s
