Moving custom center tabs between tabs arrangement along standard tabs

Moving of custom center tabs in standard NetSuite centers (Classic, Sales, Accounting, Support, etc.) is not yet available.

This can be done when it's used in custom centers (Setup > Customization > Centers >New).

Summary:

1. Creating a custom center tab with Centre = All will insert it in the middle of Activities and Transactions tabs.
2. Creating a custom center tab with Centre = Classic will insert it in the middle of Setup and Support tabs.
3. The arrangement of custom tabs depends on the time of creation. Those custom tabs between Activities and Transactions will have the most recent ones beside Activities.
4. Those custom tabs between Setup and Support will have the most recent ones beside Support.
5. The arrangement of tabs depends on Centre right upon creation.
   So, if a custom center tab AAA was originally assigned with centre = All, it will be located between Activities and Transactions.

Changing its Centre to Classic will not move it between Setup and Support.
