Some companies provide services/goods to customers but they can’t send the bill/invoice to customer after item fulfillment/service provided time. They will generate a statement at the month end. At the time of statement generation total provided items/services cost is list down in ‘Generate Statement’ page. After statement/bill generation send it to customer through email/fax.

Workflows work on specific record type and can only be used to configure changes on that selected record type. Once you have selected the record type, it cannot be changed after click on save button, so it is important to make sure that you select the correct record type when initially creating your workflow.

Transfer Inventory using Multi-location and the items is “Form location” decrease the items and “To location” Increase the items. The items need to be available in on hand inventory to be transferred.
